Falcon & Bloom LLC is looking for an Operations Coordinator for its Women’s Contemporary line, Gold Hawk. Working primarily with silk and other high end fabrications, this luxury brand is growing and in need of a motivated team member to further achieve its goals!
This position is great for a candidate who wants to learn the in’s and out’s of small business systems. You will be assisting the Operations Manager primarily in the E-Commerce division, with some additional day to day tasks. This position will require taking complete ownership of some operations. You will work closely with, and report to, the Operations Manager who will provide in-depth training on all tasks assigned.

Requirements:
- 1 Year E-Commerce experience or similar, or a student for a marketing or business degree
- Instagram and TikTok experience is a must
- Google Suite (Calendar, Gmail, etc)
- Can think big picture but also be detail oriented
- Great planning skills
- Quick learner of new programs/softwares
Preferred Experience:
- Shopify
- Mailchimp
- Adobe and/or other photo editing programs
- Google Ads
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Responsibilities
E-Com
- Assist with customer service day-to-day tasks, including initiating returns, refunds, store credit, exchanges, and lost package claims.
- Assist with getting e-com styles photographed.
- Assist with uploading product listings to Shopify.
- Assist with drafting and scheduling email blasts on MailChimp.
Social
- Own the posting of social media content.
- Assist with planning and executing giveaways.
JOOR
- Assist with data uploading.
Production & Inventory
- Assist with data uploading.
- Assist with compiling stock lists on Microsoft Excel.
Office
- Order supplies every other week or so.
This position is on site, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, including a paid 30 min lunch break. This position can be full time or part time. Pay is hourly, dependent on experience. The office environment is small, fast paced, multi-generational, multicultural, and friendly. We have a smart casual dress code. Masks are required at the office. - Full time: After a 3 month probationary period, the company offers Health Insurance (Kaiser Permanente or Anthem Blue Cross) 70% paid by the company, and 30% by the employee.

- Convert browsers into shoppers
- Local customer outreach
- Build rapport with local and frequent customers
- Communicate effectively with all staff - retail and corporate
- Open and close the shop on your own
- Learn, maintain, and express the store's merchandising (themes, stories, and groups of the collections)
- Maintain store cleanliness
- Enforce return and exchange policies when needed
- Follow day to day procedures such as reporting cash sales, processing paperwork, etc.
- Use Shopify point of sale system
- Use Spotify music system
- Use @goldhawkclothing email account and keep up with all correspondence
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the luxury and/or boutique market
- Personal shopping and/or styling experience
