EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

We’re sorry to hear that your purchase didn’t work out, but let us make it right! Whether you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or whether there is an issue with the size of the garment, we are happy to exchange the items for something else or give you a full refund within 20 days of receiving your purchase.

To Exchange or Return in the Contiguous 48 U.S. States:

  1. Send us an email: contact@goldhawkclothing.com
  2. Subject line: Exchange or Return and your Order Number
  3. In the email, please state the reason for your exchange or return and your full name.
  4. We will then send you a USPS return label via email.
  5. Complete your return with the carrier. Be sure to include the original packing slip sent with your order in the package.
  6. Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will process your return and issue your refund, OR process your return and give you store credit for an exchange. There will be a $10.00 USD return shipping fee deducted from your refund or store credit amount.
  7. For Exchanges - Once you receive your store credit code by email, place a new order for the item you wish to exchange. Enter the code during checkout.

  5. Complete your return with the carrier of your choice. Be sure to include the original packing slip sent with your order in the package. You are responsible for any and all duties, tariffs, taxes, and/or fees imposed by your country for exporting the returned package.
  6. Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will process your return and issue your refund, OR process your return and give you store credit for an exchange.
  7. For Exchanges - Once you receive your store credit code by email, place a new order for the item you wish to exchange. Enter the code during checkout.

Notice to Customers Outside of the Contiguous 48 U.S. States: If your returned package gets lost, stolen, or damaged during in transit, we are not liable for issuing a refund, replacement, or store credit.

For returns, your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds are officially posted within 15 business days of processing your return and are dependent on your banking methods. If you do not see a refund applied to your original method of payment after 15 business days, please contact us at contact@goldhawkclothing.com

Please Note:

- Sale items are final sale, and are only eligible for store credit.

- Shipping costs are not refundable.

- Warehouse sale, sample sale, and invite-only sale orders are final sale and not eligible for refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit. Because these sales are high volume, we reserve the right to send or not send items in your order, and you may not be notified of the change.

- We are not responsible any delays that may occur once your order has been shipped, and delays by the carriers do not constitute a guaranteed refund, return, exchange, or store credit. In the event of a delay by the carrier, you are still liable for any and all shipping and return fees, and any and all duty, tax, tariffs, and/or fees imposed by your country.

- If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before the order has been shipped. Cancellation requests made after the order has been shipped are still liable for any and all shipping and return fees, and any and all duty, tax, tariffs, and/or fees imposed by your country.

- For any purchases made after September 22th, 2021, there will be a $10.00 USD return/exchange shipping fee per shipment for the contiguous 48 U.S. States.

Retail Store Return Policy:

To be eligible for a return or exchange in our flagship store located in Beverly Hills, CA, you must bring your item(s) into the store along with the receipt within 7 days of your purchase. You cannot return an online order at the store. Sale items are final sale, and are only eligible for store credit. Some sales at our flagship store are "Final Sale" only. The store return policy may be subject to change without notice. Please inquire at the store for more details.

To be eligible for return or exchange online or in store, your items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received the item. All items must have all tags and hang tags attached and intact and in the original packaging, including the packing slip and/or receipt.

Please note: Be aware not to wear perfume, tanning lotions, oil based lotions, powders or deodorant when trying on your purchases. Marks, stains, or scents may make items non-returnable and non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on items that do not meet the above standard.

Lost and Undelivered PackagesIf you have not received your package, please contact us within 30 days of the ship date so that we may open a claim. Please write to contact@goldhawkclothing.com with your name and order number. You will need to fill out an affidavit to complete the claim, which will be sent to you by email. Once the claim is approved, you will receive either a refund or a re-ship.

Damaged Items: Damages are only eligible for replacements. If your item is damaged, you must let us know within 7 days of the delivery of your order. Please follow the returns procedures above, according to your shipping location. Once we have received the damaged item back, we will issue a credit on the item and use it to send you a replacement. Please note damaged items are not eligible for exchanges, store credits, or refunds.
